There are four hotels/motels available in the vicinity of
the unversity: the Holiday Inn Express, Danford's Inn, Heritage Inn and
Terryville Motor Inn. We encourage each participant, especially
in US and Canada, to make his/her own reservation.
Foreign participants who have difficulties calling the U.S.
can request reservation assistance
using the Workshop registration forms.
For the Holiday Inn Express and Danford's Inn,
rooms are blocked off until Aug. 15 for the Workshop.
For the Terriville Motor Inn, rooms are blocked off until September 6.
(We recommend this location mostly to the students.)
Please mention K2K Workshop when reserving rooms.
For Heritage Inn, it is first-come-first-serve basis. They have
rather a small number of available rooms, so make your reservations
as soon as you can.
(The participants who are requesting
financial support for lodging should use the registration form and should
not make a reservation directly. We will make a reservation for you.)
