• "e-print archives" in Los Alamos.
• "e-print archives" mirror in Japan at Kyoto University.
• CERN Preprints Server This is similar to the above, but easier to reach from some places.
• Search for a preprint paper at CERN
• The World-Wide Web Virtual Library: High-Energy Physics This is a good starting point for general information on our field world-wide.
• "Experiments Online", a list of links to High energy physics experiment home pages. This is rather similar to the front page of the above. I tend to use it more, but mostly only because it usually loads faster for me (because of my location).
• Particle Data Group Welcome Page (which has links to:)
  • Particle Physics Booklet -- Table of Contents to Images
  • Review of Particle Properties -- Table of Contents to Images
  The PDG seems to be updating their page a lot and now has links to a lot things at various levels of sophistocation, so even a non-physicist *might* find something interesting to look at.
• CERN Manuals (Any high energy physicist knows about what this one is, and no one else cares much.)

• Naoya Hata's thesis.(in US) on the solar neutrino puzzle and its implications for (then) "future" experiments, like ours.

• A MACRO document: Alec Habig's thesis on muon astronomy. It was produced with "WORD", and has funny PostScript that may be hard to deal with. With some hand editing of the ps files, though, I could see it.

• Long Baseline News (Maury Goodman) This is a newsletter for much of what goes on in neutrino physics. It has a link back to the very beautiful homepage of the FermiLab experiment MINOS, and one to the " Neutrino oscillation industry" homepage
